PRE-ORDER & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: All Orders (including PRE-ORDERS)
You have the ability to request a cancellation for your order via support@collectorsalchemy.com with Cancellation in the title. If your order has already been shipped or marked as shipped then we can not cancel your order. Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns of TCG cards. Non TCG card product (binders, sleeves, etc) are accepted if they have not been opened/used.
Please note that if your order has not shipped and you wish to cancel, your refund will be 3.5% less as that is the amount Collectors Alchemy is charged to process orders.
PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a PRE-ORDER, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full payment or a partial non-refundable deposit (NRD) at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
PRE-ORDER DELAYS
The nature of PRE-ORDERS can at times have a delay that is usually beyond our control. This could include:
- a Customs clearance delay
- a Manufacture delay (the item has been pushed back)
- a Distribution delay (not enough product allocated)
If at anytime during a PRE-ORDER any of the listed above (and not listed) delays happen then we will contact you via newsletter, via our discord channel (if you are in it), via email (the email used to place your order), via our social media channels, and finally via our Whatnot channel.
Offers we may make available to you (dependent upon the delayed PRE-ORDER situation) include the following with your delayed PRE-ORDER:
- wait out the delay if the item you PRE-ORDERED has gotten pushed back and it will be shipped to you when it arrives
- refund your order in full immediately to your original payment source with your confirmation
- the ability to 'trade out'. As an example: if you PRE-ORDERED a Simplified Chinese Jumbo booster box and there is a delay or allocation shortage, you could instead have a 'trade out' of Simplified Chinese Slim booster boxes in a compensated amount.
- store credit added to your account with an additional 5% of your total paid. Example: if your total bill was $75.66 then your account would be credited $79.44 (75.66 multiplied by 1.05 for your new total).
CANCELING PRE-ORDERS
If you want to cancel your PRE-ORDER (full payment) then you can email support@collectorsalchemy.com with Cancellation in the title. Your request will be processed and a refund will be issued. It will 3.5% less than the amount you paid to cover the processing fees.
If you want to cancel your PRE-ORDER (NRD) then you can email support @collectorsalchemy.com with Cancellation in the title. Your request will be processed but you will not receive a refund as the deposit you paid was non-refundable.
Each PRE-ORDER we list on the site will be clearly marked as a full payment required or a NRD PRE-ORDER.
